Year 18 is in the books at our agency, and here’s some of what I shared with our team in my year in review letter. I’m awfully proud of our work this year, and I’m thankful to anyone reading this who allowed us to partner with you.
Here’s an inside look:
“This is a place of innovation, where everyone has the freedom to expand their skillsets, explore new things, speak up when something can be done better, and lead the efforts that create the solution.
When I think about this year, it’s been one of transition and preparation. A dig down, tear-down, and build-back-up kind of year. And we are about to see the fruit of all our cultivation.
I’m as excited as ever to be part of M&R’s continued growth.
We launched M&R in 2008, hired Heather in 2011 as our first full-time team member, and created our first senior-level position in 2014. Each year, we celebrate momentum – new hires, expanded roles, new departments, new services, and a recommitment to the vision that guides M&R.
For 2026, we are being upfront with our experience. With the rebrand rollout (*stay tuned), you’ll see a shift in messaging, from “what we do” to “what we’ve learned doing it for nearly 20 years.”
Our communication will be anchored in 1 idea: a Strategic Partnership Model.
WE ARE NOT A VENDOR.
We invest in our clients like it’s our own business. We proactively guide marketing strategy, execution, and results. We talk about future vision, not service menu items.
There’s a lot of hard work ahead and we have the right team to get it done.
Thank you for continuing to make M&R a place I am proud to be part of.
When Nick and I started M&R on a napkin in 2008, I promise you, neither of us envisioned working alongside a team as strong, focused, passionate, funny, quirky, driven, and committed as you.
Thank you for being exactly who you were created to be.”
Yassss!!!
